PROSTEEL 3D
LEVEL 1 TRAINING AGENDA – ENGINEERING
Course Outline
Duration: 4 days
Pre-Requisite: AutoCAD version 2004 or more recent, Basic 3D knowledge in AutoCAD
Objective: The training class covers 3D modelling of a steel structure generating 2D drawings and B.O.M. from the model. In the process the students will learn ProSteel 3D tools/functions. The instructor will provide detailed explanation of individual ProSteel 3D commands. At the completion of the course students will be able to develop 3D models, automatically generate structural plans & elevations and bill of materials (BOMs).
This is a generic class. Some items may be covered in further depth according to the engineering needs.
The training manual covers extra features, which may not be listed below.
