ProSteel 3D NC output to Vernon Tool Machines
An easy and efficient way of generating complicated geometrical data directly from a ProSteel 3D Model for Vernon Tool Pipe Cutting machines.
The traditional way of generating this data requires a good knowledge of trigonometry and an accurate calculator. Checking of this data also consumes lots of time. Working with this link is an easy to learn process.
Using the Vernon Tool NC Link generated by StrucSoft Inc. the end user will get :
- Data exactly as it is seen in the ProSteel 3D model.
- All the intersection angles, axial angles and offsets will be calculated automatically based on the geometric information in ProSteel 3D.
- Significant reduction of checking time (is practically eliminated).
At present this data generation capability is available between pipe to pipe cuts, pipes to plates, plates to plates and pipes to W-Shapes.
